Cancellation policy is a Lead Generation Platform and the actual invoicing, sale, dispensation and delivery of medicines are done by a registered pharmacy in your vicinity. As part of the general guidelines provided by these pharmacies - You can cancel your order till they ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Healthcare products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Food items are non returnable and non refundable if seal is broken.

Medicines which have been opened, partially used or disfigured are not eligible for returns. Also, Medicines which need refrigeration cannot be returned once delivered, Ex:Injections. Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery

We delivered your order according to your specifications.If you received an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect products, please inform Iwantmedicine Customer Support(89533 89533) immediately or within 10 working days of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

Refund Policy

If you received defective item or ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit or ordered item(s) is past its expiry date, we will give you refund.

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, refund will be done at the time of pickup. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
